evaluating and understanding customer and market needs, and shaping product marketing and revenue growth

activities in collaboration with colleagues across the business.

applications and extensions of Kalibrate Planning (software/data/services). This will require a

strategic approach to assess target market, competitive landscape, and value propositions, as

well as to understand and manage delivery risks and timing requirements.

o Drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives to maximize market

penetration and profitability.

- Business management:

o Assess and manage the profitability and growth trajectory of Kalibrate Planning across all

product, commercial, and operational functions in a matrix organization (within and outside

direct reporting lines).

o Manage the ROI of KPL strategic initiatives and investment by determining the scale of

commercial opportunity, cost of delivery, and profitability of new product opportunities.

- Customer engagement:

o Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand evolving needs

and shape future product development.

strategic level – with analysts and executives alike.

account managers in customer relationship management.

right tools, knowledge, and strategies to achieve revenue targets.

o Implement and enforce governance activities for vision, strategy, and action plans.

o Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales/commercial functions, product development,

data science, and operational teams supporting Kalibrate Planning.
