Job requirements
About the role:
Lead solution development projects with multiple in-term deliverables
Client facing role with ability to communicate difficult concepts effectively
Assemble and manage various first- and third-party datasets
Conduct site-specific evaluations, analysis, create charts/visuals and write reports
Generate, validate, and communicate analysis results leveraging Kalibrate solutions
Perform ad hoc analytical tasks to address our clients’ needs
A successful candidate can:
Successfully deliver projects on-time and to budget
Effectively communicate difficult concepts to client stakeholders
Leverage various first- and third-party datasets
Summarize findings and help derive insights from data and analyses
Work efficiently with internal team members, often virtually
The Sr. Consultant role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a statistical analyst/predictive modeling/consumer research capacity.
Experience and Expectations:
Exposure to standard industry types we serve (restaurant/retail/services)
Experience troubleshooting issues / errors in analysis outputs
Strong understanding of statistical techniques and principles
Experience validating data inputs/outputs to ensure integrity
Experience working with and transforming data into a useful format
Ability to conduct outside-the-box investigation to improve research quality
Demonstrated ability to produce thorough, validated results
Self-managed personal productivity to meet deadlines
Engage in proactive communication (internally and externally)
Maintain good work organization and process documentation
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively
Ability to conduct oneself professionally with colleagues and clients
