  • We are seeking a motivated Sales Analyst with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in analysing sales data, supporting sales strategies, and providing essential support to the Director of Sales Operations to enhance our sales team's efficiency.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support the development of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and generate sales reports for the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and streamline communication channels.
  • Assist in refining sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Support sales planning and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights.
  • Assist in sales forecasting analysis efforts to provide pipeline insights to the executive team by sales division and product.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • Prior internship or work experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, and/or business planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/dashboarding tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the sales department.

  • This is a fully remote US based role and the salary is around $55k.
