Role:

To provide marketing leadership and support around our Retail Location Intelligence offering. It’s an exciting time to join the Global Marketing Team at Kalibrate; the business has ambitious plans to grow over the next 5 years and we have a key role to play in driving this through our marketing activities.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Global Marketing Manager: Retail Location Intelligence to join our Marketing team. You’ll be self-starter with a growth mindset, curious about best practice B2B marketing and identifying new campaign initiatives that you can test and evaluate. You like your B2B marketing activity to have a well-defined target audience, a clear commercial purpose, and to deliver strong results.

Product Marketing Strategy:

·      Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy for the

retail location intelligence product portfolio, aligned with company

growth targets.

·      Identify key market segments, customer personas, and industry trends

to shape messaging and marketing initiatives.

·      Lead the creation of compelling value propositions, positioning

statements, and go-to-market plans for each product category.

·      Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer

feedback assessments to inform marketing strategies.

·      Stay current on location intelligence industry developments, such as

technological advancements, regulatory changes, and customer behavior

shifts.

·      Define market opportunities by understanding user needs across regions,

adapting marketing strategies to address cultural and regional nuances.

 

Campaign Development and Execution:

·      Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel

marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, and partner

marketing.

·      Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align

campaign initiatives with product launches, ensuring effective timing

and positioning.

·      Measure campaign performance using metrics such as lead generation,

customer acquisition, and retention, and adjust strategies based on

data-driven insights.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·      Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and regional

marketing teams to support global and local initiatives.

·      Partner with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, such as

product collateral, case studies, and training materials.

·      Coordinate with customer success teams to gather post-launch

feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in customer experience and

retention.

 

Brand and Thought Leadership:

·      Drive brand positioning and thought leadership efforts within the

location intelligence space, including creating content for industry

publications, speaking at conferences, and engaging with the media.

·      Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, analysts,

and other stakeholders to strengthen the company's market position.

·      Lead the development of case studies and success stories that highlight

the impact of the company's products across various industries.

·      Define and track KPIs such as market share growth, brand awareness,

customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI.

·      Use analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance

across channels, refining strategies to increase engagement and

conversion.

·      Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment

and resource allocation.

Key Skills and Attributes:

 

Essential

·      Typically requires 8+ years of product marketing experience in a technology or

SaaS environment, preferably within location intelligence, GIS, or geospatial

data industries.

·      Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing, customer

segmentation, and market research.

·      Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record

of executing global marketing strategies across diverse regions.

·      Background in marketing, business, or a relevant technical field, with

experience working across international markets and a focus on technology

products.

 

Desirable

·      Working knowledge of HubSpot

·      Experience of tech/software marketing

·      Experience of targeting large organizations with enterprise software solutions
