The role provides expert HR and payroll support across the Americas, partnering with managers and employees to foster a fair, compliant, and engaging workplace. It offers guidance on a wide range of HR matters including performance, development, and employee relations with professionalism and care. The position ensures timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing covering timekeeping, PTO, garnishments, bonuses, and reporting and helps drive continuous improvement and alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws. Working closely with the People team, the role also manages supplier relationships for payroll and benefits delivery, supports onboarding and workplace experience improvements, and contributes to learning and development initiatives. It also partners with recruitment to ensure a seamless candidate journey and liaises with immigration attorneys on domicile status. The role plays a key part in executing the organisation’s talent strategy, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

  • Recruitment and onboarding processes are smooth, consistent, and positively received by new hires.

  • Benefits data is well-maintained, and employee queries are resolved efficiently.

What would we like you to bring to the table?

  • Bring proven experience in HR operations and intermediate-level payroll and benefits management for 100+ employees, ideally within a tech environment.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across federal, state, and local levels.

  • Be proficient in payroll systems, with ADP experience required, and confident using HRIS and talent management tools.

  • Support the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives that foster internal growth.

  • Apply excellent numerical and analytical skills to solve problems and audit benefits data.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Maintain high standards of organization, attention to detail, and ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. o Be proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software tools.
